All sales are for prepared food orders. Once Star Cudas Pizza has started preparing your order, the order is generally non-refundable.
If there is a problem with your order (missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns), contact Star Cudas Pizza as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
If your order has not yet been prepared, contact us promptly to request cancellation. Approved cancellations may be refunded to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed through the same card payment used at checkout. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
